Eating more protein will:

But how much is “enough”?
It’s simple…
Take your weight in pounds and multiply that by .8 and then do it again by .9.
That’s your target range!
👉🏼👉🏼I like to cap out my ladies at about 150g though to help protect healthy digestion and keep meals feeling balanced.
And if you’re on the smaller side you may need to go closer to 1g/lb of body weight. Protein recommendations depend on a lot of different things but this is a good general target!
