After a great test we are honored to announce the promotion of Emmanuel to Shodan (1st degree Black Belt) and Crystal to Sandan (3rd degree Black belt). Both students showed their grit and determination to reach their goal after countless hours of training in the dojo. I am looking forward to helping them continue on their martial arts journey and can’t wait to see how they continue to grow and expand their knowledge in the arts. I couldn’t have done it on my own and thank all the black belts that have helped me get them ready and through this test, especially William Seyler, Shihan that has been in my corner since the day I opened the dojo. Congratulations to our newly promoted students, who have taken another step on their martial arts journey. Each and every one of them represents our dojo proudly through their hard work and dedication. I am looking forward to helping them continue to grow and continue on with their exploration of the martial arts.

Congratulations Yuselly on the start of a great season, Bringing home a Bronze in Kobudo and a Bronze in Kata, competing in one of the toughest divisions. We couldn't be prouder of you and can't wait till the next event.

Way to go Dani, first competition since 2017 and you bring home a Gold in Kobudo, a Silver in Kata and a Bronze in Kumite. Can't wait to see how you do when you get back into the swing of things!

After a 7 year layoff Crystal brought home Bronze medal in Kobudo! So proud of her performance and know it is just the start of many more to come. Taking the first step towards Nationals.

The first tournament is over with and I couldn't be prouder of our team. We may be small the but the ladies of the BNK Dojo held their own, showed it isn't the size of the dojo you come from but how hard you train and push your self to be the best that you can be. Four competitors went into Ft. Pierce and left with a gold, silver and 4 bronze medals. What a great start to the season, we will be back in 3 weeks to build off the start to this outstanding season!

The lethal ladies of the BNK Dojo are ready for the kick off tournament to start the AAU season. These ladies have trained hard and looking forward to test their skill against the other great competitors participating this season.
