Help your teen build strength, confidence, and healthy habits this summer. This 4 week program covers strength training, functional movement, cardio, core work, and injury prevention, led by certified trainers in a fun, supportive environment.

The Firecracker 5K is THIS Saturday and there's still time to join! 🎆🇺🇸

Kick off your 4th of July in Avalon Park with your community. Day-of registration opens at 7 AM at Town Park, with the race starting at 8 AM. The first 150 runners receive a medal!
