One of the things my patients notice most is that I'm a hands-on physical therapist.
While exercise is an important part of recovery, it's not the only tool I use. Your session isn't spent watching me count reps from across the room.
Instead, I use hands-on treatment to assess how your body is moving, reduce muscle tension, improve joint and tissue mobility, calm an overactive nervous system, and help you move more comfortably. We combine that with individualized exercises so the changes we make during your session last long after you leave.
Whether you're dealing with pelvic pain, pregnancy discomfort, postpartum recovery, bladder symptoms, or core weakness, my goal is to figure out *why* you're having symptoms—not just give you a generic exercise program.
Every session is one-on-one, unhurried, and tailored to you.
✨ Because you deserve care that's as individualized as your story.

Taking a page from the Italians:
Life is meant to be enjoyed.
If pelvic pain, bladder leaks, pressure, or discomfort are keeping you from doing the things you love, it may be time to rewrite the script.
Here's to less surviving and more living.
La Dolce Vita. 🇮🇹✨

Some stories are better left in the past.
Like:
• "Leaking after having kids is just normal."
• "Pelvic pain is something you have to live with."
• "Your only options are medication or surgery."
• "It's just part of getting older."
For years, women were told these stories and too many are still hearing them today.
The truth? Bladder leaks, pelvic pain, bowel issues, prolapse symptoms, and painful intimacy often have more treatment options than women realize.
You deserve answers. You deserve options. And you deserve care that looks beyond "just live with it."
Some stories are timeless.
These ones aren't.
✨ Happy ending pending.

I declare independence...
..from bladder leaks, pelvic pain, and all the bad advice women have been handed for generations. ✍️🇺🇸
The founding fathers may have signed the Declaration of Independence, but I'm signing women up for better pelvic health.
Happy 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙

Pelvic PT is basically detective work. 🕵️♀️
You tell me the symptoms.
I start looking for clues.
Sometimes the problem isn't where the pain is.
Sometimes the leaking isn't just a bladder issue.
Sometimes the low back pain, constipation, and pelvic pressure are all connected.
I keep investigating until the pieces start making sense—and we find the root cause, not just a temporary fix.
🔎 Every symptom tells part of the story.

One of the hardest parts isn't treatment.
It's getting to treatment in the first place.
Every week, I meet women who have spent months—or even years—living with symptoms because they thought there wasn't anything they could do about them.
They've been told:
• "That's normal after kids."
• "That's just part of getting older."
• "Just wear a pad."
• "You'll probably need surgery."
And while those experiences are common, that doesn't mean you have to simply accept them.
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help address issues such as:
✨ Urinary leakage
✨ Pelvic pain
✨ Painful in*******se
✨ Prolapse symptoms
✨ Pregnancy-related pain
✨ Postpartum recovery concerns
✨ Core dysfunction and diastasis recti
That's why I created Connect PT.
To provide women with individualized, one-on-one care, education, and support so they can better understand their bodies and feel empowered in their recovery.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Have you ever heard one of these statements before?

Fun fact: I got my bachelor's degree at UNC-Chapel Hill... but somehow they never recruited me for the basketball team. 🤔🏀
Pretty sure I would've looked exactly like this hitting the game-winning dunk over Duke.
Go Heels. 💙

Leaking is common after pregnancy.
It is NOT something you have to “just deal with.”
Whether it happens:
• During exercise
• When sneezing or coughing
• On the way to the bathroom
• After having kids
• During perimenopause
Pelvic floor PT can help identify the “why” behind symptoms and create a plan that supports long-term improvement.

We schedule hair appointments.
We get our nails done.
We buy new workout clothes.
We prioritize things that help us feel confident and put together.
But so many women spend years living with:
bladder leaks
pelvic pain
pain with intimacy
constipation
postpartum symptoms
pregnancy discomfort
Not because they want to, but because they've been told it's "normal" or "just part of being a woman."
Your pelvic health matters, too.
Taking care of your body isn't selfish. It's part of taking care of yourself.
If something doesn't feel right, you don't have to keep pushing through it.
🤍 Support. Strength. Confidence.

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?! ⚔️
Me after helping someone:
🏆 Have pain-free intimacy for the first time in years
🏆 Return to running without leaks
🏆 Feel confident during pregnancy
🏆 Pick up their kids without back pain
🏆 Stop planning every outing around the nearest bathroom
The victories may not happen in a colosseum, but they're pretty epic nonetheless.
