“Every block of stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it. I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set her free.” - Michelangelo. 🔥🔥🔥
Let’s gooo 🔥🔥🔥. A life lived without passion becomes a chore. Enjoy, be curious, be interested, work and then realize you’re simply living your dream!

Congratulations on a great tournament finishing as the finalist in the L3 in Tampa this past weekend!
I’ve been working with for 2.5yrs and I’ve seen him go through ups and downs, struggle and persevere. Consistency, hard work and determination are key to being successful on and off the court. He showed significant growth in his character during this event and for that I am truly proud! For every level there is another devil.
Special shoutout to an amazing team: and

Credit is often given to the legs when discussing the mechanics of jumping. However, in order to jump like icons Roger Federer and Michael Jordan, we cannot neglect the importance of the ankles. Check out this week’s post to learn about the significance of ankle stiffness and how it can contribute to higher jumps by up to 4 1/2 inches!
