Meet our Momshell Challenge Winner, Holly! 🏆💕

When Holly first reached out, she shared something so many women can relate to:

After raising four boys, she had spent years putting everyone else first. Now that her boys were older, she decided it was finally her turn.

Her goal was to finally put training & nutrition together, something she had never been able to do consistently before. And she did exactly that. 😌

With Coach Mandy in her corner, Holly trusted the process, stayed consistent, & watched week by week as not only her body changed, but her confidence did too.

Lisa joined the Momshell team less than two months out from this show, and from day one, she came in ready. She embraced the changes, trusted the process, and gave us everything we asked of her.

In just eight short weeks, she brought a polished, confident look to an incredibly competitive stage, and we are beyond proud of what she accomplished in such a short amount of time.

Eight weeks was only the beginning. Now we get the opportunity to really build, refine, and see what we can create together!

So proud of our athlete, Rachel Epplin-Rincker for taking the stage this past weekend at NPC Midwest Naturals show here in St. Louis! 💜 OFFICIAL NPC/IFBB MIDWEST

Rachel earned new hardware playing 2nd place in Novice Masters 40+ & 2nd place in Masters 40+, as well as 4th in Open Class A.
That wraps up her amazing first season & we can’t wait to see what she continues to build in her off season! 🥳👏
