Energetic Self-Care Classes are intuitively guided to meet your specific healing needs. The intention of these classes is to give the students techniques, tools & understanding necessary to create their own unique, self-care practice. These techniques come from over 20 years of studies in the healing arts- Therapeutic Massage, Energy-based Bodywork, Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation, Stress Management, Ayurvedic & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practices, Tarot & Oracle Cards and so much more... Please note after this class we will be having a Fire Ritual so feel free to stay & enjoy this powerful healing practice!

The Fire Ritual will begin with a brief understanding of what the fire element is & how to use it in our lives to burn away the old, create action & movement while activating our hearts desires through passion. We will use guided meditation, breathwork & journaling to connect with our own internal fire, set intentions & release all that no longer serves & open to receive what does! This ritual will take place outside near the fire! 🔥
