RECOVERY LADDER...A CLIMB TO CONFIDENCE & CAPABILITY
We hope you can join for what is sure to be an enlightening evening🌙
We’re getting personal as Jay Shetty certified Life & Success Coach Tracy Parker, leads us through a Recovery Ladder Workshop designed with you in mind. She will be in-studio diving deep into how to recognize your individual nervous system state, understand where you are, and identify the next step toward feeling energized, confident, and capable.
During the workshop, you will identify two personal cues that help you recognize which “rung” of the ladder you’re on, along with one practical action you can take to move up to the next “rung”, because feeling more like your best self should be an option for everyone!

Tracy Parker is a Jay Shetty certified Life & Success Coach with a passion to help others live their best lives. She works with people navigating major life transitions redirect their love and energy and invest it in ways that lead to fulfillment and purpose. Living in alignment with your true purpose strengthens connection, increases happiness, and may even support greater longevity.
