Autism Health and Fitness Center Our programs support all abilities in a fun, inclusive environment. A Place Where Fitness Speaks to Children, Adolescents and Adults with ASD.

Autism Health & Fitness Center is a safe, welcoming space for children and adults with ASD and other special needs to stay active, build strength, and gain confidence. However we are open to all special needs. Our Sensory Friendly Facility is over 5000 sq ft. We offer one on one individualized training as well as small adaptive classes (karate, cardio, yoga, zumba & team building just to name a few)
