One of the things I’m most grateful for is being able to spend my days on the mats.
Training, sparring, rolling, teaching, and learning alongside an incredible group of teammates, students, and friends. MMA and jiu-jitsu aren’t always easy. The rounds can be tough, the training can be painful, but the friendships, lessons, and memories make every second worth it.
I truly look forward to every session. Thankful for everyone who trusts me as a coach, challenges me as a training partner, and continues to grow with me. See you all on the mats. 🥊🥋

Simple. Clean. Effective.
Quick NoGi technique from class tonight.
Shoutout to .waav for trusting me with the demo and letting the technique happen, and to .jj for capturing the moment on camera.
Really grateful I get to coach, share knowledge, and keep learning every day with the incredible team and family at Millennia MMA. OSS.
Also… every coach needs a brave demo partner 😅

Adriel stepping into his role as big brother, and Pam and I now proud parents of two incredible boys.
Big shoes to fill, but I’m ready for the responsibility and the journey ahead.
Forever thankful for my family and deeply in love with the woman who gave us this beautiful blessing. 🤍

This is a everyday for me, for the those who chose this path knows there’s no turning away from the path. Just remember whatever the reasons that lead you here it’s your “why” that will give you the strength to keep going no matter what.
The secret to Martial Arts,
Is not style but training.
Pick any form that appeals to you,
And train regularly without failing.
Practice a hundred moves five times,
It is of no use whatsoever.
But practice one move every day,
And it'll be your lifetime protector.
But before all that ask yourself,
Why do you wanna be a martial artist?
Is it to nourish an able mind and body,
Or to be yet another fitness narcissist?
Trash all your arrogance before training.
A martial artist is to be gentle and caring. - “Abhijit Naskar”
