Thursday 9 AM BJJ fundamentals 

I am excited to announce our newest member to our team of professionals here at the gym. Meet our new massage therapist Jennifer. She will be here at the gym providing treatments on Wednesday and Thursdays and she is amazing. She will be accepting appointments through her website and has reserved both days for the gym in our new treatment room.

Saturday 8 AM GI fundamentals with sweeps and situational sparring!
