We enlist the use of bio-mechanically correct movement patterns within the realms Olympic weightlifting, Power-lifting, track and field, gymnastics, strongman events, and any that will help us to achieve true fitness and strength. e coaching is first class. Motivation and encouragement are always top priority with an emphasis on teaching and learning. Those that need to feel successful or are afraid of failing will be humbled. To have trainers that are at the top of their game with exercise and programming education, motivating and encouraging personalities, and a helpful hand whenever it is needed. To have first class owners who bleed passion and training knowledge and the desire to pass it on to those that are willing to accept it and learn from it. Owners that love the people they work with and the promise of always looking out for them. To provide the community with an environment to grow and become fit by way of new equipment when it is needed, space when it is needed, feedback when it is needed, and the best trainers when they are needed.
