CrossFit has used the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. What this means is that regardless of what you may have seen in the media ANY ONE CAN DO CROSSFIT and we can work with any person at any current level of fitness. CrossFit Viral uses many different training modalities to accomplish its goals including kettlebells, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight movements, running (including minimalist running) and rowing. We incorporate all of these functional movement training modalities in to a complete program designed to make you better at living life!!
