What an incredible day. Thanks to my friends from other academies and of course my friends from Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Bellevue Academy BJJ that killed it today with me. Today was a rough one and you all helped me get better. Competition training is a grind!!!!

What an amazing night at Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I am so blessed to be able to work with the most accomplished kids program in the area. Looking to add a couple more classes a week because we are so full. Thanks so much Zach Lamphere, Robby Frank, and Isaiah Grant for helping with this crew. Now that my daughter’s softball career is over I am going to take this academy to whole new heights. Come see what OABJJ and Bellevue Academy BJJ are all about.

Omaha's Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu crew, I am back and ALL CLASSES are normal times again.

Softball is over for my daughter and it was an amazing run. They left it all out there and she has no regrets. I want to thank you guys for being so patient with the schedule as we finished up.

I can’t wait to see you all. I am going to be teaching the 6pm NOGI Tuesday and Thursday so get in and let’s take this academy to new heights. See you all today, I am excited to close one chapter and focus all my energy on another.
