Metro Youth Football League

MYFL teams are ready and will take the field for the opening games for the 2026 season on Sunday August 30th.

As we open the 2026 season, the 15th MYFL season, here are some helpful tools and things to consider:

This season we will host 76 games every Sunday for the next 6 weeks. If you see football games ongoing around the metro area on any given Sunday, odds are you are catching a piece of an MYFL game!

For the 2026 season, MYFL member organizations represent over 3600 youth athletes, nearly 1000 volunteer coaches, and countless volunteers and organization leaders working hard to make MYFL football the best that it can be every single weekend.

Let’s have some fun out there as we kick off the 2026 season. Looking forward to some great football this year! Best of luck to all teams. Remember, behind every football player who believes in himself is a coach, a family and a team who believed in him first!

It's time to get everything validated this weekend at the annual weigh-in. We are looking forward to working through nearly 150 teams and over 3600 players this Saturday and Sunday.

We will be coordinating / lining players up to go in as a team. Parents will wait outside. If everyone is quiet and cooperative, things should go pretty fast. Please make sure all paperwork is complete!!

You coach / organization leadership has signed your team up for a timeslot. If you don't know when to arrive, ask them when you are supposed to be there for weigh-in, and which day!!!

Everyone must be validated / weighed in to be eligible to play as we get closer to game time.

Maps are for both locations for awareness.

Creighton Prep on Saturday. Park in the lot off Western street.

Sunday we will be atvthe BJSA facility in Bellevue.

PS: before anyone asks, we will work on a makeup date, but that will be largely dependant on numbers remaining. Please make every effort to get all players to their designated time slot!! Help us make this goas smoothly as possible!

With an eye on the threat of another evening of Severe Weather, and out of an abundance of caution, we have elected to cancel all 7v7 games scheduled for tonight, 5/18/2026. The safety of our participants is always our number one concern.

Any re-scheduling of games will be contingent on field availability, and coaches should co-ordinate with Organization leadership in accordance with the inclement weather policy. Everyone stay safe out there tonight!
