The Tournament is open!
Find a friend and join us on August 22nd!
Here's how thing will run:
* 2 general work capacity WODs to determine your seeding ( #1-8) before the single elimination tournament begins
* WODs get tougher and more complex the higher the levels go and all bets are off for the Final!
Join us for what will be a really fun and new test of fitness!
REGISTRATION OPEN TOMORROW FOR THE TOURNAMENT!
We will have teams of two for Men (Rx'd and Scaled) and Women (Rx'd and Scaled) with an 8 team cap for each one of those divisions...
That being said let's show you what you will be doing for the first two seeding workouts...

150 Wall Ball (14/20)(10/20-9')
Burpees over the Rower w/time left
(15:00 AMRAP)
REST 3:00
"WOD #2"
15 Deadlifts (95/135 #)(65/95 #)
12 HANG Power Cleans
9 Shoulder 2 Overhead
(5:00 AMRAP)
Based off your rankings from these two workouts we will seed teams #1-8 and start the single elimination tournament from there!
Should be lots of fun so find a partner and get registered tomorrow!!

Some details on this new competition format...
TWO WOD'S to determine your seeding for the Tournament to follow...
(Done in Power Hour style back to back using simple movements, bodyweight & lighter weights)
Then the single elimination Tournament starts!
Seed 1 takes on Seed 8, 2 vs. 7... and so on...
Workouts and movements get more complex and heavier as we move along until the final...
We think this will be lots of fun so keep an eye out for standards and registration info coming soon!

The 13th Rhonda Team Burpee challenge is complete for 2026. We reached a total of $119,119.00 in total funds raised for the Great Plains Colon Task Force to make you aware of getting yourself tested for Colon cancer. We had a great time, and everyone did their best. Congratulations to our winners. Check them out.
