Today’s big adventure was a Soul Journey with a Shaman. It was in a shack, at the top of a hill, in the woods. On my walk to my session, a snake literally crossed my path with its upper body lifted looking at me. Transformation is afoot. 🏡🌲🐍

Just another transformative day at the Omega Institute… A cool rainy day in upstate New York was the perfect backdrop for a day spent taking a DEEP dive into the nervous system. Now, I’m about to go eat a grounding dinner, and then afterwards I’ll end my day with a massage at the Wellness Center.

Arrived to the Omega Institute on a rainy day. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Reminds me of summer camp, except you get your own cabin room with AC! And the food is delicious! I’m here for a week, learning more about the nervous system and regulation, as well as taking Tai Chi Training. Loving the sounds of the rain and the birds. 🏡🌳🐦‍⬛🌨️
