Our Intro/Beginner Aerial Hammock classes invite you to explore movement in the fabric while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. You'll work through beginner-friendly conditioning, upright poses, and introductory inversions all in a supportive environment designed for first-timers.

Whether you’re polishing choreography, training independently, filming content, or simply craving uninterrupted studio time, our Private Studio Rentals give you the space to move however you want.

Christine, also known by her stage name Little Snipper, has been poling for over 13 years. In that time, she has competed taught at multiple Chicago-area studios and competed across the US & Canada, taking home a variety of accolades including: USPDF Pro Champion (2017), 3rd Place in the PSO Nationals Women’s Division (2022), Haute Velour Freestyle Winner (2023), Pole Theater Semi Pro Classique Winner (2024). and Dance Filthy USA Pro (2025).

🚀 To Ayesha and Beyond: Ready to level up your Ayesha? This workshop focuses on conditioning drills, technique, and multiple grip variations of Ayeshas. Perfect for polers who already feel confident in their inverts and caterpillar climbs and are ready to refine their training.

🐍 Slink & Slither: Part choreo, part movement exploration. In this workshop, you'll learn a routine then be challenged to respond to music and layer in your own flourishes and own style. Perfect for beginners with choreo experience and above who are ready to play with musicality and personal expression.

In Pole Choreography, instructors guide you through weekly choreography that shifts in vibes and energy. While this is instructor-led choreography, we always encouraging you to add your own flare and flavor along the way.
