Viola F. Spaulding, 90, of rural Valley, NE, passed away June 19, 2026. Preceded in death by husband Herbert Spaulding, daughter Monica Barry, and parents Harry and Laura Koker. Viola is survived by her children: Carlton (Kathy) Duncan, David (Criss) Duncan, Darin (Deborah) Duncan, and Carla (Ralph) Mossman, 17 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and one great great grandson, siblings Jean Harriet (Maynard) Franzen, Gerald (Leona) Koker, and Laura Carr.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 26 at 10:30AM
at Reichmuth Funeral Home, Elkhorn with visitation from 8:30-10:30 prior to the service. Interment will be at Hillcrest Westlawn Cemetery, Omaha. Memorials may be made to Andersen Tae-Kwon-Do to assist new students.

It is with a very very heavy heart that I share some sad news with you all.
Yesterday, Heaven gained a new angel with the passing of Grandma Vi. (Master Duncan’s Mother and Savannah’s Grandmother)🥹😢

Grandma Vi was an inspiration to not only myself but to everyone that she crossed paths with. She was a pillar to the Taekwondo community and a regular face at every event she could be at (and she didn’t miss many). She loved to see the kids rushing into class and to always give them some encouragement and a big hug. She will be missed deeply by us all to say the least.
