Monday night volleyball folks… it’s another hot one out there today!
We have had a number of inquiries about league tonight.
While we are not canceling for this evening, we are officially calling it optional. If your team thinks it’s too hot to get out and play, we respect your decision. If you want to come and play, we will be there for you.
This is the type of day where we scrap the schedule if necessary. None of our 6:30 teams have canceled officially yet, however, it is likely that several teams decide not to play tonight. In that case, we will do our best to pair up as many teams as possible.
Please keep in mind that it is just a little bit warmer than it was last Monday, so if you thought it was unbearable last Monday, it’s gonna be just a little bit worse tonight. Just food for thought.
Be safe and stay hydrated!!

Well… it’s still raining. 6:30 volleyball will be delayed for the moment, but it looks like this should clear out shortly. Hang in there everybody!!

Not sure where this weather came from, but we’re hoping it clears out in time for games tonight. Thinks might be a little wet though!

In observance of the 4th of July Holiday and the celebration of America's 250th Birthday... the driving range will be closing early this Saturday at 3:00 PM. Enjoy the holiday and be safe everyone!!

We wanted to let everyone know that we are down to two available slots for summer sand volleyball. One on Wednesdays at 8:30 and one on Fridays at 8:30. Summer session starts this next week and runs for 11 weeks. Jump online at www.schmidleys.com and get signed up if your interested! Thank you

Home We have five outdoor sand volleyball courts located right next to the stockade pavilion which is perfectly suited to quench your thirst.  Courts are available for league play only.  At this time, our leagues are all 6 x 6 coed, recreational leagues. 

Just an update on summer sand volleyball registrations...
We didn't have the openings come back on line the way we anticipated. We had a couple teams shuffle around, but not in the way we thought.
We have updated the website with the remaining spots still available.
The only nights and times currently open are as follows:
Monday competitive 4's at 8:30
Wednesday 6x6 recreational at 8:30
Friday 6x6 recreational at 8:30

If you have any interest in playing our summer session, which begins the week of July 6th and runs for 11 weeks, please go to our website and get signed up. We are happy to assist if you run into any issues. We apologize that we couldn't accommodate more of the requests that came in. Just remember, summer session is the best time to be playing at 8:30. That's usually when the sun begins to hide.

OK, we appreciate all of the input. We have been watching the forecast closely. While it looks like we could probably skate by for the night, the meteorologists all seem pretty geeked up. With that in mind, we are just going to cancel for tonight. The unpredictability lends itself to chances of severe weather popping up out of nowhere. We want everyone to stay safe.
Again, no volleyball tonight, Monday the 18th of May.
