Six (6) Week Introductory Reformer Pilates series will give you all of the tools to begin improving core strength, posture, balance and flexibility in a supportive welcoming environment. We value the importance of small class sizes to ensure exercises are catered to your needs and are performed with correct form.

Package Includes: SIX (6) Introductory Reformer Classes plus TWO (2) additional classes to be used following the Introductory Series ( a total of 8 group classes).
