Our Walkover Class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to build confidence in front and back walkovers. Athletes will improve flexibility, strength, body control, and technique while developing the skills needed for more advanced tumbling progressions.

The AAU Junior Olympic Games is one of the nation’s largest youth multi-sport events, bringing together top athletes from across the country to compete on a national stage. As Cheer & Dance Athletics Omaha’s first-ever Junior Olympics team, they’ve worked incredibly hard all season to earn this opportunity, and we couldn’t be prouder.
