Hybrid workouts are the BEST! Perfect mix of cardio and strength! 💪

😅Least favorite workout
I really do enjoy all the different workouts! Full cardio days are tough but once I am done, I feel awesome!

🏃‍♂️💨 Favorite movement or exercise
I look forward to upper body, biceps and shoulder exercises!

🚫 Least favorite movement or exercise
Any running or fancy jumping type cardio exercise I avoid. Although I will jump rope for fun.

💪 Biggest non-scale victory
I feel overall much healthier and stronger. I’m planning retirement in the next couple years so very grateful for F45!

💙Why did you join F45 and what's been your journey so far?
I have always been a huge fan of group fitness and have participated in several different programs over the years. F45 is my favorite by far because of the unique workouts, the supportive and encouraging coaches and the amazing community of people that I have met along the way, who fosters friendships and overall fitness and wellness!

Strength days are my fav! I especially like the Thursday workouts because each station gives you two different exercise options to choose from, so you can tailor the workout to what feels best that day and you’re almost guaranteed to like every movement during the class!

Any type of cardio day workout that has long sets with minimal rest.

💪 Biggest non-scale victory
…finally starting to see more muscle definition in my legs after YEARS of working toward it. I’ve always been able to gain and maintain upper body muscle pretty easily, but my legs never seemed to respond the same way no matter what workouts or nutrition changes I tried. Seeing some progress now has felt very rewarding and motivating to keep working at it!

💙 Why did you join F45 and what’s been your journey so far?
… I was looking for something more challenging than the workouts I had been doing before. I’ve always enjoyed group fitness because it helps keep me accountable and consistent… if I’m left to work out completely on my own, there’s a good chance I’ll just skip it!

One of the things I love most about F45 is the on-screen demos mixed with the guidance from the coaches who are always happy to help with form, modifications, or encouraging you to advance different movements. The variety makes every workout feel fresh, while still remaining structured enough to keep building your strength and progressing over time. I always leave class feeling accomplished and glad I showed up!

“I love HIIT style workouts, but I specifically love F45 HIIT workouts, because it’s so customizable. No matter what the workout of the day is, you can make it as difficult or easy as you want. Lift heavy or light, go fast or slow. It’s up to you and how your body is feeling!”
