Monday riders worked on their ISDF pattern at a walk-trot, learned to canter tonight, and worked on horsemanship skills 🐎

✨The Equine Connection: Hoofbeats to Heartbeats explored breath work and Heart Breathing to connect with the horses. Through breath we can regulate our nervous systems in order to co-regulate and connect with others with mutual respect, trust, and safety. 💗

Friday Funday with the Limitless Crew Meraki Health! Today we had a snake visitor 🐍 and helped with horse care- scrubbing troughs to cool off, and restocking grain! They created puppet crafts and enjoyed riding Kala & Bud! 🐎

Thursday students worked on seat aids and downward transitions, balance exercises & posture, posting trot, and pole work with patterns at a walk-trot 🐎

🤠Wednesday riders learned the balanced riding position, talked about the movement of the horse’s body and how it influences the riders movement, worked on crossing midline and balance exercises, and learned to ride over ground poles! 🐎

🐎 Tuesday students learned new skills including sequencing patterns over poles, riding with another horse and rider in the ring (safety, passing, etc), played Follow the Leader, and learned how to trot in hand and lunge 🤠

Feels good to be back in the saddle with cooler weather! 🐎 Monday riders worked on finding their canter seat, posting trot, patterns over poles and USDF pattern goals. 🤠

Friday Funday with the Limitless crew Meraki Health! Today we welcomed back Limitless for their Fall session, and had fun riding the horses through obstacles, sensory exploration in nature, creating puppet crafts, and more! 🤠

🤠Thursday students began learning effective seat & weight aids, practiced leading through an obstacle course, and learned saddle & bridle terminology 🐎
