Jack and Byron participated in the Fr Jerry 5K this weekend.

Byron won 1st overall in the male division! 🥇🔥

One of the best parts of wrestling is watching the discipline, toughness, and drive they build through wrestling carry to all aspects of their lives!

Last weekend, a few of our wrestlers put in some work at the White Squirrel Triathlon!

Jack competed in the Kids’ Triathlon, while Amelia competed in the Adult Division and finished 3rd in the Women’s 19 & Under Division.

Wrestling is more than just working in the wrestling room and we love seeing our athletes challenge themselves in different ways. Keep putting in the work! 🧡🖤
