Tampa Pro TAMPA PRO will always have a special place in my heart . It was my first pro show . I didn’t place where i want to but i am still thankful that my family and friends still support me . Bodybuilding has been in my life for the last 11 years . It has taught me so much about myself . It’s has also changed me in so many ways discipline / push me to my limits mental and physical . I am blessed to walk the stage every time I step foot on it . Thanks to my family for putting up with me over all these years . My husband Gregory Tily is my biggest fan never missing one show . Getting more nervous than me as i step on . My coach Jodie Yuncker I have had for the last 2 years . Talk me off the ledge giving me the confidence to keep pushing . I also have an amazing training i work a few days a week stacking plates for me Kyle thank you . Also an amazing body guy who keeps this old lady on track with mobility Peter Belcastro thanks Pete . Not sure what the rest of the year will bring . But thank you to IFBB for making me part of this amazing journey !!! 11 years strong

I want to send out a huge thank you to Tim Gardner for putting on an amazing show. My coach who I could not have done without her she’s absolutely amazing .
