Miss Sudas Dancers

Everyone enjoyed our Summer Dance Showcase on Saturday in the cool back room of the Rec Center! And our Summer Dance kids did a fantastic job in their show! Mr. Erik and Mr. Mark did a fantastic job on their first duet to “Jump” with some great floor work! Miss Yvonne enjoyed dancing to one of her favorite songs “The Last Day Of Summer” from her favorite Percy Jackson musical with matching shirt and sword!!! And the whole group finished the show working with props for the song “Canes” including Yvonne, Arwen, Erik, Sarvin and Mark, who all did a fantastic job! Everyone enjoyed snacks after for our cast party and thanks to parents for bringing in treats to share. A big shout out to Dance Teachers Miss Sarah and Miss Kalyn for all their hard work this summer teaching our kids! Classes are off for the summer and will resume for fall on September 9th and 10th as we prepare for our Winter Dance Showcase! Great job to all our students for their summer dedication and fun! 

We wrapped up classes on Wednesday with Mark and Erik doing their first duet and rocking it!  Their floor work, that we worked on in Summer Camp, was so spot on that we included this number in the show! Good luck, boys, you are doing fantastic! 

Wrapping up our numbers for the Summer Showcase, Hip Hop did a fantastic job working on their ‘Canes’ number for the show! Part of our Summer Camp included working with props, and this group did such an incredible job we put it in the show!  Awesome job you guys!

This week was our last week of classes before our Summer Showcase, and our kids did fantastic! We started off with Miss Yvonne perfecting her solo for the show. We are so proud of you, Yvonne! Awesome work! 

The last weeks of summer and we were missing a couple students this week. But Mark and Erik did a fantastic job cleaning up their two numbers for our summer showcase next weekend. Great job boys! Always so proud of you!

Almost finished with our cane hip-hop number for our Summer Showcase. And had a New Student join in to try the class. Great job by everyone! 

This week, Miss Yvonne started her solo for our Summer Showcase. You rock Yvonne! Great work! 

Continuing working with our props to create our summer showcase Dance number. On July 22, we added more to the choreography. Awesome job everyone! 

On July 15th we worked with a new routine adding props, using umbrellas as canes. Great job everyone and welcome back Sarvin!

Let’s do some catch up in Dance! July 8th we had just our brothers for class but they did a fantastic job learning a new dance with floor work! Awesome job boys!
