We often think in terms of energy allowance. I wake up with a set amount of energy, and everything that follows drains it bit by bit until it's time for bed.
However, I think I can speak for us all when I say there are things that, when we do them, they literally energize us.
Singing
Coaching
Playing with your children
A long hug
Your favorite podcast
A piece of fried chicken (thats for me!)
A word of encouragement
Whenever you find what brings you life, you crave doing it. Why? Because we all want to feel alive. On purpose. Making meaningful progress in life.
Your health is the same way. There are things that deteriorate your health, but there are also things that feel your health cup.
Tell me what fills your health cup ⬇️

I've come to learn that there are "Human Qualifications" and "God's Qualifications".
One is earned through work.
The other you're born with, but work to mature in it.
One of the greatest dangers that I'm seeing in society and personally working through, is the fear that a person's voice won't resonate in this generation because they lack human credentials. They feel as if the burning desire to create impact will never be fanned into flame because they don't have letters before or after their name.
I'm reminded today though that God qualified you before anyone could disqualify you. You were created with the ability to make impact, be the voice of change, and lead your generation into light.
Don't let fear rob us of the beauty we were meant to experience through your life. You don't work to be qualified. You work because your Creator already qualified you.
Let's go✊🏾

Change always has risk, and it's never convenient.
It's also always going to seem foolish or nonsensical to someone else.
To know this, and still stand to make a difference are some of the main reasons we admire those who stand for change. It takes bravery, discipline, focus, and a willingness to stand despite ridicule and under intense scrutiny.
Be the change. Come what may. Stand for what you believe.

I'm reminded about the dangers of not having outside voices in your life. Voices that you've given the right to speak into your mindsets and beliefs. Voices that love you enough to challenge you to grow in how you process information and draw conclusions.
We can never form a holistic perspective with only our own thoughts.

It's crazy to think that I can cover my clothes with the highest quality-best smelling laundry detergent, add in the purest of waters from Lake Minnetonka, and put them in the highest quality washing machine and they'll STILL be dirty...
Without agitation that is...
From a simple load of laundry we learn that you can have all the best tools, be in the perfect environment; and still NOT get the job done. All because there's no agitation.
Agitation isn't negative. Agitation is movement. It's moves us out of wrong mindsets. It moves us out of lethargy. It moves us out of mediocrity into greatness.
I don't know whats agitating you today, but whatever it is; look through the eyes of understanding and figure out where it's trying to move you. Agitation can be one of your greatest treasures, if you learn to value it with a wise heart.

The longer I live the more I learn; as value goes up, so does cost.
As we've heard before, "greatness NEVER goes on discount."

Today's training continued to prove one thing to me, "there's ALWAYS room to grow."
You never know it all. You never reach a state of perfection. The only limitations on your potential are the ones you allow to be there.
Growth is not optional. You're either growing or you're dying.

Progress doesn't need to be monumental to make a difference. Some of the biggest victories of my life have come from the smallest disciplines.
You don't say a seed is defective and dig it up because you don't see fruit in a week. No, you're patient because you know that in order to get a consistent bloom, the roots have to grow in an unseen place until good fruit can be supported.
Be patient with yourself family. Small steps can take you great distances. Grow in the unseen places and when the season is right, you'll produce fruit that feeds generations.
