We have another new instructor on our schedule! Meet Beth Ann Barnett 🩵 🩵
Originally from Franklinton, Louisiana, Beth Ann has called the Mississippi Gulf Coast home for the past five years. She’s always loved group fitness classes, so when a friend invited her to barre earlier this year, she immediately fell in love! Her favorite position is chair pose because, as she says, it’s simple but “burns every time” 😂
What she loves most about teaching is having the opportunity to make others feel motivated, strong, and confident! Outside of the studio, Beth Ann loves baking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
