🐴 Now Hiring – Horse Farm (Ocala, FL) 🐴

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team, conveniently located just minutes from World Equestrian Center (WEC) and HITS Ocala.

Position Available:
📍 Full-Time (4 days/week) or split into 2 part-time positions

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

General barn chores

- Feed and hay horses
- Bring in night turnout horses/Turn day horses out
- Clean and bed 5-6 stalls
- Refill water buckets/clean waterers
- Pick all stalls, top hay/water and keeping the barn tidy.
- Bring in day horses (summer time)

Bonus Opportunities: Making 4 days full time.

- If you have grooming and/or riding experience, there is potential for additional paid hours grooming, bandaging, wound/skin care, tacking up, untacking, bathing, hand walking, and hacking horses.

Also, could be a second person wanting part time hours.

Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (2 people at PM shift)

- Feed and hay horses
- Turn night turnout horses out
- Clean/bed stalls
- Clean and refill water buckets/waterers
- Blow and Tidy barn before leaving

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Must have reliable transportation
✔ Be dependable and punctual
✔ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
✔ Horse experience required.
✔ No drugs, drama, smoking, or drinking while working
✔ Some weekends required.
✔ Speak fluent English

Kai and Giselle claimed the reserve champion in the 0.90M competition at WEC last week. Maria and Dewey enjoyed a successful week at WEC, great rounds with ribbons and achieving a 4th place finish in the $5K Derby, while friends Tarrin and Brie finished 2nd and Ashely and Mimi secured 3rd place. Wendy and Q were awarded reserve champion honors for the circuit in the hunters at HITS.

Spring has sprung! Everything is green 💚 no filter needed - and the flowers are out 🌸 Carl loves the new grass

When you have to stay on schedule but it’s that time of year - Time change - no problem. 7 am pitch black out (6am) morning ride with lights. Good boy Dewey!
