You can catch Ivelisse's amazing classes on Monday's and Wednesday's, 615pm at Phoenix Fitness. As well as Tuesday's and Thursday's 7pm at Too Your Health Spa lll. All in Belleview area. Lauren is a proud fitness studio boutique owner of Fitcube Ocala. She has a long and varied background in fitness instruction. For Lauren, she regards it as her ardent passion. She has a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Dance from Adelphi University, New York, and incorporates dance and joy into her fitness. She is the creator and owner of Strutercize™. She currently teaches her program Strutercize™, Yoga, Bodypump by Les Mills, Zumba, and Zumba Kids. She has been teaching for over 16 years and is blessed with an amazing family, husband and 4 kids.
