Leadville year 2 and another big buckle! The prep work, nutrition planning, arriving to race elevation plan, so much goes into racing 100 miles. Today was great. Almost by the plan except some cramping late in the day. He gave the sag crew times he would be at all 4 locations for food/drink handoffs and he was on target all day. Congrats Ryan on finishing Leadville in 6:48 today!!!
