After three-decades, Florida is lifting its ban on fishing for Goliath groupers.

On Wednesday, The FWC approved a proposal to allow recreational harvest of 200 Goliaths per year. The Goliath nearly went extinct in the 80s from over-fishing and pollution. Wildlife officials now argue their numbers have rebounded.
