D & D Ranch

I know I’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately, but that’s only because things have been BUSY at the farm! 🐴🌾
We’re still working away at cleaning up the remains from the tree that had to be taken down. We’ve been keeping a fire going pretty much every day as we slowly work through all of the debris. 🔥🌳 It’s a process, but we’re making progress!

In the meantime, our lessons have been absolutely thriving! ❤️ My clients have been keeping both me AND the horses busy, and I couldn’t be happier about it. Watching everyone learn, grow, and enjoy their time with the horses has been so rewarding.

And in some very exciting news… Dixie has officially SOLD! 🎉🥰 I’ll make a more official post once she’s settled into her new home, but I’m so excited for her next chapter!

Of course, that means we’re officially on the hunt for our next lesson horse! 🐴✨ There’s something so exciting about knowing there’s a mystery horse out there that I haven’t even met yet, who may one day become part of our farm family.

I’m hoping to find a younger horse that we can enjoy and develop over the next few years, with the possibility of eventually finding them a wonderful home with one of our clients.

So that’s the latest from the farm! Lots of hard work, lots of horses, lots of exciting changes, and plenty to look forward to. ❤️🐴

😆🤣 Survey says . . . .

Seeking lawn service! I really need help with our farm, looking for reliable service and to stay on a consistent schedule.
If any small family businesses want to trade services, I do offer horseback riding lessons.
But I don’t have any issue paying your normal fee if not.

The farm will be closed this coming Saturday as we have a large tree being removed.

We will be going live and taking plenty of videos throughout the day, so be sure to follow along for updates on this big tree-removal project.
