Happy 17th Birthday to our goofy, loud, tall kid, Randy Youngquist Jr.! 😂

Randy has been with us since the OG Blaze days, and getting to watch him grow up and grow in this game has been pretty special. He has come SO far in this sport, especially on the mound.

Now, if we could just get him to forget about buying that truck and go play college baseball, this kid has a whole career ahead of him. 😂 IYKYK.

But beyond baseball, Randy truly has a heart of gold. He’s the kind of kid who would be there for one of his brothers in a heartbeat. Behind that big personality, loud voice, and goofy side is a young man who genuinely cares about the people around him and that means more than anything he could ever do on a baseball field.

Randy, keep shoving on the mound, With your tongue out and your hat falling off. IYKYK. All the memories we will have. keep working, and most importantly, keep being YOU. Don’t ever change who you are for anyone.

Happy 16th Birthday to our very own Ryder Rivera!

Being the son of the owner of Wow Factor Nation Cali isn’t always easy. There are expectations, pressure, and sometimes an even higher standard but Ryder continues to grow, work, and earn his way.

We’ve watched this kiddo come so far since little league, and Blaze days to now Wow Factor especially on the mound. But even more important than the player he’s becoming is the young man he’s becoming.

And baseball isn’t his only arena. Off the field, Ryder is an MMA fighter who has worked hard and found success there as well. Whether he’s stepping on the mound or into the cage, he’s never afraid to compete.

Ryder is definitely our hard-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside player. 😂 Don’t let him fool you—underneath that tough exterior is a kid with a heart of gold who cares deeply about his people.

Keep working, keep competing, and most importantly, keep being exactly who you are, Ryder. The sky’s the limit.

To our Community,

Our hearts are with the entire Liberty Lions community during this incredibly difficult time.

We know that some of our Wow Factor athletes knew these young men personally, and we understand that a loss like this can hit incredibly hard. To those players especially, please know that you do not have to carry this alone.

Wow Factor is more than baseball. We are a family, and when one of our athletes is hurting, we are here to support them. Our coaches, staff, and organization are here for you whether you need someone to talk to, someone to listen, a hug, or simply a place to be surrounded by your baseball family.

To all of our athletes, please check on your teammates and friends. Be kind to one another. Lean on the people who love you, and never be afraid to tell someone when you are struggling.

We are sending our deepest love, prayers, and strength to the families, friends, teammates, classmates, and everyone in the Liberty community affected by this heartbreaking loss.

It’s officially tournament time for our 11U
Wow Factor Nation Cali team!

These boys have been putting in the work, and now it’s time to take the field for their first tournament of the season. Their coaches have a vision for this group and want to build them together for the long haul. Before we know it, Cooperstown will be right around the corner in just a few years.

At this age, it’s about more than wins and losses. It’s about developing, staying committed, trusting the process, and growing together. Loyalty and determination are everything. Keep the core together, keep working, and see how far this group can go.

Fall is all about development for this group learning the game, building confidence, getting reps, and beginning to come together as a team. We’re excited to watch these boys grow throughout the season and see how far their hard work takes them.
