🐜 San Francisco, we’re off to a GREAT start! 🏃♂️🏀⚽️
Our after-school programs are officially underway at Dianne Feinstein, Miraloma, and West Portal Elementary, and the energy has been incredible! 🙌
From learning new skills to making new friends, our students are getting active, having fun, and building confidence every day. That’s what ANTS is all about: creating positive experiences through sports that help kids grow on and off the court.

Mindfulness Tuesday 🧠💙
Sports are about more than just running, passing, and scoring. Today, our campers took time to slow down, breathe, and practice mindfulness together.
Whether it’s learning how to reset after a tough play, stay focused, or simply take a moment to appreciate the day, these small habits help build confidence both on and off the field.
We’re proud to help our campers grow not only as athletes, but as kind, resilient, and thoughtful teammates.

Today we celebrate National Play Day! A reminder that play is so much more than games. 💙🏃♀️🏀
Yesterday, we were grateful to join Positive Coaching Alliance and YES! Sports for an incredible day dedicated to giving kids the opportunity to move, play, learn, and connect through sports. Events like these remind us why we do what we do: creating positive experiences that help young athletes build confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of being active.
At ANTS Sports, we believe every child deserves the chance to play, grow, and belong. Thank you to everyone who made this special event possible and to all the families, coaches, and community partners who continue to make play a priority.
Happy National Play Day! Let’s keep getting kids moving, today and every day. ⚽🎾🏈🏀

Summer is in full swing at ANTS Sports Explorers!
We’ve wrapped up TWO amazing weeks of camp at Redwood Heights and just completed our first fantastic week in San Francisco! From soccer goals and basketball buckets to tennis rallies, team games, new friendships, and lots of smiles, our campers have been making the most of every moment.
What we love most isn’t just the sports, it’s seeing kids build confidence, try new things, support one another, and create memories that will last long after summer ends.

What an incredible day at the 5th Annual Play Like A Girl+ event at Witter Field!
ANTS Sports was honored to be part of a community event dedicated to empowering girls through sport, movement, and confidence. From first-time athletes trying new skills to nonstop smiles and energy all day long, the impact was powerful to witness.
A huge thank you to the City of Piedmont, the athletes, coaches, volunteers, families, and the 31 amazing sports organizations that came together to create such a fun and inspiring experience for girls ages 2–18.
Opportunities like this remind us that sports are about so much more than the game, they build courage, connection, leadership, and self-belief. 🙌
Until next year!
