Dance Station offers classes for ages 3-18, as well as adult classes. Please visit dancestation.biz

Good ballet training is the basis for success in most areas of dance, so strong emphasis is placed on ballet technique in all phases of the professional program. Jazz, Tap, Modern, Pointe, Hip Hop, and Broadway classes are offered as well. Our Preschool/Kindergarten (Pre/K) classes introduce pre-ballet, pre-tap, and creative movement to our youngest students. DanceStation is a Cecchetti school (member: Cecchetti Council of America). The Cecchetti method is a series of graded classes designed to train the young dancer for professional work. Though not all students are presented for Cecchetti Exams, the curriculum approved by the CCA is a general guide for all ballet classes. Jazz and Tap classes are included in the regular program of classes until the Intermediate level, at which time students may elect to take separate tap, jazz, modern and Broadway classes.

Tomorrow, Sun Aug 9th, is our open house from 3-6pm for all new students/families to register for class and to tour the studio. We will also be open for returning students to pick up recital flashdrives, Blu-ray’s, and prints! In honor of open house and the new season… here’s some pictures from our June recital for our youngest classes, The Fairy Garden and Around The World!

Returning students Fall Registration is online next Saturday, August 8th! We will email everyone instructions next week with a reminder on how to register your dancers. New student registration is in person at the studio on Sunday, August 9th 3-6pm. You can tour the studio, ask questions, and meet some of the teachers! We will also have recital picture prints, recital Blu-ray and Flashdrives available for pick up at Open House as well.

Sneak peak of the ballet La Sylphide! 2 beautiful performances yesterday, 2 more today, including a very special Sunday evening performance from some of our alumni from the past 20 years!
We are so proud of all of our dancers!!!!

All flower proceeds go to scholarships and guest choreographers for our SSDC dancers! We do have extra beautiful bouquets and roses to sell during intermission of each performance and of course for pick up for those who ordered them ahead of time. Looking forward to 4 spectacular performances this weekend and we can’t wait for you to see your dancers on stage! What a great kick off to our 20th season. ❤️❤️❤️
