Free adoptions are back this weekend thanks to the ASPCA!

On Saturday, September 12th, and Sunday, September 13th, the ASPCA is covering adoption fees for all animals at all Marin Humane locations! Whether you're hoping for a hiking buddy, a couch companion, or a tiny furry (or feathered) friend, this could be the weekend you meet your perfect match.

Only coaches may understand but still had to share.

It’s much better than Christmas, 😉 when your athletes start nailing that tumbling pass you waited patiently for day in and day out or that athlete who got back up after the tenth time missing that landing.

The key is we never stop believing for one second it can happen for you. Raising strong young ladies is what I live to do in and out of the gym. You can’t take for granite they trust and look to you for direction. Gratitude is an action word, you absolutely must show them you care about them as a person and not just their gymnastics, yet keep it professional as you are hired to do a job. Be honored they picked you to be a great influence in their child’s life!

It’s more than a cartwheel or another award at a competition, it’s learning to fail and get back up! It’s allowing yourself to be humble enough to realize they are teaching you something much bigger than a world stage competition could ever do, though I’d rather strive for both! 🤫

Pumped for the next set of challenges that will fill my day tomorrow. Feeling blessed for each and every opportunity to work with these amazing athletes.

Thank you to everyone for their patience while our staff was away for training! We do this annually and it is always well worth the investment in our staff. Here is Coach Bailey participating in a lecture on choreography. She was happy to win the Starbucks card☺️

When your gymnastics staff is delayed at the airport but rather be coaching back at home. The airport staff was quite entertained to say the least. They appreciated the free show.

The competition was intense! Worth every second and I could barely keep my seat in my seat. The top two had me on edge the whole meet. Still I’m rooting for Fredrick because Leykin will have his moment soon enough! It was great watching him at American Cup and now here competing amongst the best, the chase was real though.

Shemluck haves the difficulty and Connor made everything look easy, will be following these two in the future. Great competition overall with impressive vaults and high bar.

Arrived here in Phoenix AZ. Today we will watch Junior Mens and Senior Mens competition and then we start our 72 hr marathon of nonstop gymnastics talk, experts from every field in Ninja Gymnastics, mental training, nutrition, recovery & returning from injury, the tiny details that make a great compulsory routine and how to build an elite path bar routine. We can do this all while battling 110 degree weather and feeling grateful to be indoors.
