Calling all HHS students!!! Looking for a sport to try? Not a basketball or soccer player?

Give wrestling a try this winter. Yes it’s hard work but it’s fun. Yes it’s mentally and physically strenuous but ultimately it’s super rewarding. It has the best components of both individual and team sports wrapped into one. And it will constantly test and in the end reveal a lot about your personal character.

Boys and girls are welcome and we have teams for both.

Students can see Mr. Lopez in Room 46 to sign up and/or get info. Or go to https://healdsburgwrestling.com and click on the Registration Center

Season starts Nov. 2nd and all athletic paperwork needs to be completed prior

Preseason work starts tomorrow - Wrestling open mats and strength training

Every Monday and Thursday 4:00-6:00pm in Drew Esquivel Hall, Healdsburg HS

Open to all middle and HS students. Boys and girls welcome. No experience needed

Returning wrestlers not doing a fall sport - You should be there. Season will be here before you know it

Championship final under the lights in our new wrestling room. Most of the teams are wrapped up and on the road by 5pm.

We get teams from a wide geographical range so each is guaranteed to compete against teams they may not normally see. We are inviting you to join us for what promises to be another great day of high school wrestling in N. CA.

Drew Esquivel was an Eagle Scout, a three-sport athlete and a straight-A student who was studying at MIT when he was killed by a drunken driver 10 years ago this summer.
