We specialize in strength & conditioning via kettlebells, powerlifting and strongman training. In the spring of 2007, Dan Cenidoza, a certified kettlebell instructor, started teaching a few friends kettlebells in the park. Powerlifting was on and popping today! Our PL program meets with Dan on Tue/Thur at 8 and Mike on Sun at 9am. The focus is on the 3 powerlifts (plus the overhead press) and has a healthy dose of individual attention for each lifter. As always, we meet people where they are!
