Powerlifting was on and popping today! Our PL program meets with Dan on Tue/Thur at 8 and Mike on Sun at 9am. The focus is on the 3 powerlifts (plus the overhead press) and has a healthy dose of individual attention for each lifter. As always, we meet people where they are!
