We always enjoy hosting the ECC leadership conferences that take place three times a year. The workshop focused on the importance of communication within the team environment and beyond. Led by Athletic Director Chris Guisti and Communications Director Mike O'Farrell, it also featured mock interviews with student-athletes and The Day's Mike DiMauro.
