Every Sunday at 1230pm is sparring afternoon at Hands Up Boxing. 1230pm till approximately 130 or a bit longer. Open to Hands Up members. Stop by to participate or just watch and have a good time. You must have a mouth piece to spar.. I will supply headgear if you don't have any. See you all soon
