"Resilience as a dancer isn’t just important –it is necessary if they want to have a healthy experience in dancing throughout their lives, and if they want to have any type of longevity in their careers. There will be more rejections than rewards for most of them, but the joy and the beauty of becoming a better dancer is in the journey and the process of trying to do just that. We do it for the love of it, not the shine from it."

Ballet Rhythms (age 3) is where dance meets play and creativity! While they explore, they are learning how to move their bodies through levels (low, medium, high) how to transfer weight between their feet, gaining strength to push off the floor, traveling fast vs slow, investigating patience and learning to wait our turn, and delving into socializing with new friends in a safe and positive environment.

Dance is so much more than just a class! Join us today: https://www.nsymca.org/programs-classes/program-guide
