The Bird Dog, demonstrated by our Member Services Supervisor Kristina, is our featured fitness move for July!
How To:
▪️ Start on all fours, with arms in line with shoulders and legs in line with hips. Knees should be hip-distance apart.
▪️ Pull your core muscles into your spine.
▪️ Slowly extend your left leg behind you, keeping your toes pointed down without rotating your hip. Simultaneously extend your right arm keeping it parallel with your shoulder.
▪️ Go back to your original position and repeat 8-10 times. Then switch to your other side. Aim for 1-2 sets per side.
