The Northbrook Hockey League is a community-based organization that offers learn-to-play, recreational house league hockey, and competitive travel hockey programs for boys and girls ages 4 and up. We are governed by a Board of Directors and are members of USA Hockey, the Amatuer Hockey Association of Illinois and the Northern Illinois Hockey League.

The hockey world lost a good one recently. Fred Schweiger is described as a wonderful man that grew up playing, loving and coaching hockey. He was a Bluehawks coach for 15 years and then went on to be the head coach for , proudly leading 2 youth teams to the Illinois state championships!
Let’s all honor Fred and the love and passion he brought to our programs and sport 🏒💙

🏒CHAMPIONS🏒 NB Bantams battled it out at the Glacier Invitational against Glenview for the championship! They battled back from a deficit and won 6-4. Great teamwork, sportsmanship and hockey to end the Spring season! Way to represent Bluehawks!

🏒CHAMPIONS🏒 NB PWAA - White battled it out at the Glacier Invitational against the NB PWAA - Blue team for the championship. It was a great game with friends and teammates spread across the two teams and PWAA - White brought home the W! Awesome show of competition and sportsmanship displayed by both teams! Way to represent Bluehawks!
