The video has nothing to do with the comment,, but I said what I said:

POV: cheer coaches need to start looking at the whole body and not just the skill you are trying to achieve.

And I really like the groove of this song tonight on the 21st night of September 😀

If you want to learn more ways to do this, first like the reel, follow me and, then share it with your other coaches….together we will make your teams 💪

When you’re limited in one motion, you might need to work on a different movement to get that first motion to feel better.

Your athlete may look tight when they pull a stretch or try to hit a toe touch.

But what if tightness isn’t what’s limiting their movement?

And sometimes it’s not a flexibility problem at all.

The Last Movement Screen Video Cheer Coaches Will Ever Need.

Share this back to me if you want me to send you the full podcast video.

PS.. Before you start stretch it, be sure you screen it😀

You've been told to "protect your back" — but nobody told you from what.

Bending forward isn't the enemy. Neither is leaning back. The direction that hurts is telling you where motion is missing somewhere else: hips, hamstrings, pelvis, upper back.

Find that, and both directions get better. 😀

Comment BEND and I'll send you my free Movement Tracker so you can check for yourself.
