Starting today 4-24-2026 at 2p.m. Cavitts Creek Main entrance will be closed for a private event until Sunday 4-26-2026 at 2pm, The back side of Lake Witten will remain open for fishing, although no boats will be allowed in/on the water until Sunday after 2. Cavitts Creek Park at Lake Witten will be accepting applications for qualified applicants for part-time seasonal position for our 2026 season, starting wage begins at $12.77hr.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Office duties to include Answering calls and taking reservations, welcoming guests and collecting rental fees, keeping park, cabins and shower houses clean.
Outside duties will include, but not limited to: mowing and weed-eating grass and general park maintenance.
