Most of ranching happens where no one is watching. Before daylight. After sunset. Through heat, cold, drought, and mud. Maybe that's why this verse has always felt at home in agriculture. Anyone who's cared for livestock knows that real leadership isn't about recognition—it's about responsibility, sacrifice, and showing up every single day.
