Hoje é seu dia, mas a verdade é que quem ganha sou eu por ter você na minha vida. Sou muito grato por tudo que você é e por tudo que você faz. Você é a base da nossa família, o equilíbrio, a força… e ao mesmo tempo essa luz que deixa tudo mais leve e feliz.

Eu admiro muito quem você é, sua dedicação, sua forma de cuidar de tudo e de todos. De verdade, eu espero que você alcance todos os seus objetivos, que construa a vida plena que você merece. E saiba que você não está sozinha em nada disso eu tô com você em cada passo, em cada fase. Sempre ao seu lado, pra apoiar, somar e crescer junto.

Big congratulations to my good friend Alex on earning his Purple Belt , a true example of resilience and discipline. He kept showing up through the hardest times just like he did during the good ones. I’ve learned so much from him along the way, and this achievement is more than well-deserved. No doubt in my mind he’s on his way to becoming an incredible Black Belt one day. Proud of you!
