Bay State Gymnastics Academy is hiring infant and toddler gymnastics coaches for Wednesday and Thursday evenings!
The Infant/Toddler Gymnastics Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based in North Dartmouth, MA. This position is responsible for leading age-appropriate gymnastics classes for infants and toddlers (6m-3y), including warm-ups, basic motor skills, introductory gymnastics activities, and cool-downs.
The instructor will closely monitor safety within the classroom, assist children with equipment, and adapt activities to different developmental stages and abilities. The role includes communicating with parents and caregivers about class progress, maintaining a positive and encouraging environment, and supporting the overall operations of the facility by helping with class setup, cleanup, and occasional special events.
If you have a background in gymnastics, childcare, education, or recreation and love working with young children, we’d love to meet you! We’re looking for someone who is energetic, nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic, with an understanding of early childhood development and the ability to lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons in a safe and positive environment.
